*New Material Launched

3D Systems launched their new realistic opaque black rubber look and feel FabPro Elastic BLK material that offers excellent compressive characteristics and shape recovery. It is almost similar to Shore 65A elastomer.

This recent launch offers engineers a new opportunity to accelerate the prototyping of rubber-like parts to save time and money in the fabrication of RTV tool for design verification.

FabPro Elastic BLK is most suitable for prototyping and the design of a wide variety of elastomeric parts. You can use for design verification, validation and testing for the following application:

  • Overmolds
  • Weather stripping
  • Seals
  • Grommets
  • Grips
  • Gaskets
  • Spacer and other vibration dampening components
  • Push buttons, soft-touch keypads
